📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E works on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Manage and mentor a team of site workers, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on M&E works.
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health (CSH) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
