You will use our in-house CRM system and other financial tools to track and manage debt collection processes, ensuring timely and effective communication with debtors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track debt collection processes using our in-house CRM system and other financial tools.
• Conduct initial contact with debtors to negotiate payment plans or settlements.
• Follow up on outstanding debts and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collaborate with legal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in debt collection.
• Provide regular reports on debt collection activities and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt collection activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and debtors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related financial role.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and negotiation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
