📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fleet governance policies and procedures.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and report on key indicators.
• Conduct regular fleet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in optimizing fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
