📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate and assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure the confidentiality of employee information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases is a plus.
