HALO Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements, assist in the monthly closing process, and support the accountant in various financial tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the monthly closing process, including the preparation of adjusting entries and the posting of closing entries.,Support the accountant in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure the accuracy of payroll records.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
