📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales and revenue, and contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality or restaurant management a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
