Byte Bloom Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Mempawah. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Collaborate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
