PT Mega Sumber is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, providing a balanced work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
