📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees and customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.

Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Provide training and documentation to users.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware.

Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of security best practices.

Knowledge of cloud services is a plus.
