Glow Store Indonesia is looking for a motivated IT Support to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make an impact right away. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
