📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.,Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the design and development of mechanical systems.,Ensure that mechanical systems and equipment meet industry standards and regulations.,Conduct research and development to improve existing mechanical systems and equipment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that mechanical systems and equipment are integrated into the overall production process.,Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and technicians.,Ensure that mechanical systems and equipment are maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that mechanical systems and equipment meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASME, and ANSI.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
