📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Understanding of organizational development and change management principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
