Coinbase is seeking a dedicated Money Laundering Reporting Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

As a Money Laundering Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and reporting any potential money laundering or fraudulent activities in accordance with ADGM regulations.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UAE, while contributing to a global financial institution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities in accordance with ADGM regulations.
  • Conduct due diligence on customers and transactions to assess potential money laundering risks.
  • Report suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities and within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on AML regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Stay updated on evolving AML regulations and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AML activities and reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AML compliance, fraud detection, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADGM regulations and international AML standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
