📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track customer data.
• Attend and participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Represent J&T Cargo at customer events and meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
