📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to narrow down the candidate pool.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a good fit between the candidate and the role.,Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and stakeholders.,Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.,Maintaining accurate records of all hiring activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the ability to work in Kediri.
