Cafe Putri Kitchen is looking for a talented and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are a vibrant and bustling café located in the heart of Kuta, Bali, offering a unique blend of Indonesian and international cuisine. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is not only skilled in coffee preparation but also has excellent customer service abilities. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for in-person work at our café.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and espresso-based beverages.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work both remotely and in-person at the café.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in barista skills are a plus.
