📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting product demonstrations and providing customer support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.,Assisting in store setup, organization, and maintenance to create an inviting shopping environment.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
