Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and analyze chargeback transactions to identify trends and patterns.
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback disputes in collaboration with the acquiring team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize chargeback rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the payment industry.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in chargeback and acquiring analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
