Sun Seed Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and requirements for fleet operations in Kalimantan Barat is a plus.
