📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Inspect properties to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness and maintenance.,Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any property issues or concerns.,Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.,Ensure that all housekeeping procedures and protocols are followed, and that any necessary updates or improvements are implemented.,Work closely with the property management team to ensure that guest satisfaction levels are maintained and improved.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of housekeeping staff.,Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, protocols, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
