PT Tirta Indah is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Section Head to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a section of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure that the section operates efficiently and effectively.,Providing guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Monitoring and evaluating team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Communicating with senior management to ensure that the section's goals and objectives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
