📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain lathe machines to produce high-quality metal components,Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders,Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards,Clean and maintain machinery and work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace,Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals,Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols,Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator or similar role,Familiarity with lathe machine operations and maintenance,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
