📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Supervisor and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Apple's guidelines.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and special projects to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the organization and execution of store maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new Apple products to provide relevant information to customers and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using retail management software such as RetailPro, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Certification in Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
