📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest services by anticipating and meeting guests' needs with a personalized touch.
• Arrange and coordinate private tours, transportation, and dining reservations for guests.
• Provide insider knowledge of Bali's attractions, dining, and nightlife to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
• Stay updated on local events, promotions, and special offers to provide added value to guests.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences across all departments.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your concierge skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a concierge or guest services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury travel and hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in sharing your knowledge of Bali with guests.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
