You will oversee the maintenance and repair of all engineering systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of engineering systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the efficiency and safety of engineering systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff.
• Provide technical support to the property management team.
• Collaborate with the property manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering maintenance and repair in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing engineering systems in luxury hospitality properties.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
