📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Handle HR administration tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records maintenance.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide support for general office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Support the general affairs department in managing office supplies, facilities, and administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and other company activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR and general affairs activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Previous experience in a logistics or related industry is a plus.
