📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled technicians in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the use of specialized tools and equipment, including hydraulic presses, cranes, and excavators.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety audits.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance using SAP PM and Maximo.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in construction or mining.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field (e.g., NCCER, NCCCO, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and Maximo maintenance management systems.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
