📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the daily routine and schedule for the children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition of care and communication.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including first aid and emergency procedures.
• Promote positive behavior and social skills in children, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a similar setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as ECE (Early Childhood Educator) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other child-centered educational philosophies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the holistic development of young children.
