📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mining trucks, including but not limited to hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools such as TruckScan, Snap-on, and Bosch diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-repair testing to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for mining truck maintenance.
• Provide technical support to field technicians and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Participate in safety initiatives and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mining Truck Mechanic or equivalent in the heavy-duty vehicle repair industry.
• Certification in Mining Truck Maintenance or equivalent, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as TruckScan, Snap-on, and Bosch diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the mining industry.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy-duty vehicles.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
