📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Evaluate internal controls and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with JSOX standards and other relevant regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the organization's operations and financial health.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a JSOX environment.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of JSOX standards and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
