Operational & Branch Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of construction, renovation, and production teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage branch operations, including resource allocation and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational and project management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction, renovation, and production projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
